PSL Custom Wine Cellar started out as a small finish carpentry crew building closets and built-ins around Port St. Lucie. Then a homeowner in Tradition asked for wine racks under a staircase, the space needed cooling to work properly, and that one job slowly turned the whole business toward cellars.
Today the team designs, builds and installs wine rooms for homes, restaurants and private clubs across the Treasure Coast. Racking is made in-house, cooling is sized for Florida heat, and the same project lead stays on the job from the first measurement to the final walkthrough.
Every project starts with three questions: how many bottles, which room and how the cellar will be used. A collector aging cases for years needs a very different layout than a restaurant pulling bottles all night, so capacity, access and display get worked out on paper long before a board is cut.
Looks matter just as much. Racking finishes, lighting and glass are matched to the rest of the home or dining room so the cellar feels like part of the property, not an add-on, and a well-planned 200-bottle closet gets the same care as a walk-in room ten times its size.

The goal is a wine cellar that holds the right temperature and humidity year after year, looks great doing it and comes in at the price that was quoted. Every room built in Port St. Lucie is judged against those three things before the crew packs up.
Down the road, the aim is to be the first name homeowners and restaurant owners think of when a collection outgrows the kitchen rack. That means keeping the crew local, picking up the phone quickly and standing behind every cellar long after the walkthrough.
From under-stair wine closets to glass-walled restaurant cellars, every design starts with the room and the collection. Book a free in-home consultation and walk away with an itemized quote, no strings attached.
