The owner is a boater who collects Bordeaux and wanted a cellar he could show off when friends came in off the water. We turned a first floor storage room into a fully sealed cellar with floor to ceiling cherry racks, a glass wall facing the great room and a ducted system that handles the heat coming off the Intracoastal. He told us guests now head to the cellar before they even reach the patio, and it has become the centerpiece of every party.

Tired 1990s wine closet stripped and rebuilt with new cooling, lighting and modern racks.
The previous owners had left behind a small cellar with a failing cooler and warped pine racks. We took it back to the studs, replaced the insulation and vapor barrier, put in a quieter split system and fitted black metal racks with soft LED strips under each row. The new owners said it felt like a different room, and they finally trust it with the wines they bring home from trips up the Loxahatchee River to their favorite tasting spots.

The restaurant owner wanted diners to see the wine list the moment they walked in from the Harbourside Place boardwalk. We built a two zone glass display with separate red and white sections, commercial grade cooling and backlit metal racks for about 450 bottles, all done overnight so service never stopped. She told us wine sales climbed in the first month because guests kept asking about the bottles they could see on the wall.
